What Our Workmanship Guarantee Covers
Our 12-month workmanship guarantee here at LockSmart applies to the quality of the work our locksmiths carry out, and hardware we supply. Workmanship warranty includes:
- All lock installations, residential and commercial
- Lock rekeying and cylinder replacements
- Lock repairs
- Electronic and digital lock installations and configuration
- Key cutting and duplication
- Any other locksmith service we provide
Hardware Warranty
On top of our workmanship guarantee, all hardware we supply carries a manufacturer's warranty of at least 12 months. Some products carry warranties of up to 25 years depending on the brand and product line.
We'll always tell you what warranty applies to the hardware we're fitting, so you know exactly what's covered and for how long.
